Estate Support Terms of Service
As part of the Return Assured membership, members receive estate guidance services provided by Final Assistance, LLC. We understand how overwhelming it can be to manage the practical, non-legal estate matters after a loved one’s passing. Our mission is to offer expert, compassionate support to ease that burden—both in preparing for the future and in navigating the steps after a loss.
1. Included Services
Estate Readiness Consultation
Members are entitled to a complimentary phone consultation within three months of purchasing the membership. This appointment helps assess estate preparedness and identify any critical gaps. While we are not attorneys, we are experienced estate professionals who can help ensure essential tasks are addressed before a death occurs.
Post-Loss Estate Guidance Consultation
Following the passing of the member, a next of kin may schedule a phone consultation. This session provides tailored resources and step-by-step guidance for handling the non-legal estate tasks that follow a death.
3. Support Topics
Support resources and educational guidance may include assistance with government benefits such as Social Security and Veterans Administration; navigating financial matters like pension plans, 401(k)s, IRAs, investments, credit cards, bank accounts, and recurring subscriptions; managing insurance policies including life, health, auto, and home, as well as updating beneficiaries; providing a clear plan for handling estate documents such as wills, trusts, probate education; and implementing protective measures like credit bureau notifications, fraud alerts, registering the death with the deceased registry, and stopping unsolicited mail.
2. Payment and Transfer Terms
Payment Policy
If the member passes away before completing full payment for the Return Assured membership, the surviving family may still redeem the Post-Loss Estate Guidance appointment.
Transferability
The consultations are transferable to another individual if the purchaser contacts Final Assistance, LLC and verifies the transfer. Additionally, the service may be replaced at a discounted rate.
3. Redeeming the Service
- A representative from Final Assistance will reach out by phone or email 1–3 months after purchase to schedule the Estate Readiness Consultation.
- After the member’s passing, a family member should notify Final Assistance to initiate the Post-Loss appointment.

4. Service Limitations
We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. If needed, we can refer families to qualified professionals. Referrals are provided to facilitate next steps, not as endorsements. Should the referred provider not be a good fit, our specialists will assist in connecting the family with alternative professionals.
5. Disclaimer of Guarantee
Our ability to support a family is based on the information provided during the consultation. While we aim to provide thorough guidance, full estate closure depends on the family’s participation and follow-through. Certain steps—such as filing court documents, managing probate, or signing legal forms—must be completed by the next of kin.
6. Refund Policy
This service is non-refundable once purchased. However, it is transferable to another individual, and replacement services may be purchased at a discounted rate.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Final Assistance, LLC operates. Using the services offered through Final Assistance, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that all support is limited to non-legal estate guidance.
