Full-Circle Aftercare was founded on a simple belief: every family deserves help managing estate closing tasks after losing a loved one.

The idea for our service began with a pre-planning agency that wanted to do more for families. Our founder, Matthew Van Drimmelen, started working with funeral homes and hospices to serve their families, always going the extra mile to make their lives easier.

In 2016, Matt became the sole owner of Full-Circle Aftercare and began marketing our services more broadly, bringing on partners from California to New York.

Today, we partner with some of the largest independently owned funeral home and hospice groups in the country, providing their families with best-in-class aftercare service.
